Clematis ‘Shin-Shigyoku QE’

Beautiful royal purple, fully double blooms flash the white undersides of their petals for an eye-catching two-toned look. Flowers in late spring with a second smaller bloom cycle at the end of summer. This twining climber is excellent on a trellis. Decidious.
